Synopsis
Epic and disproportionate fresco, Smart Monkey describes the ancestral fight of the weakest to survive against brute force. In the palaeolithic jungle, a small roguish monkey faces dangerous predators. An epilogue taking place centuries later reminds us that civilization did not build itself upon good feelings.
