Synopsis
Ten kilometers away from Caracas, Ciudad Caribia is a city built by Hugo Chavez’s government, in order to give the opportunity to the most underprivileged citizens to rebuild their lives. Sueños is a portrait of these citizens, their dreams and aspirations.
