Those for Whom It’s Always Complicated

Those for Whom It’s Always Complicated

A Short film by Eva Husson

Produced by Kidam

Production year : 2013

A comedy shot in 5 days in Death Valley, Those For Whom It's Always Complicated tells the story of Camille and G.J., a couple in their twenties from Los Angeles. Having known happier times, they decide a change of scenery is in order and take a few days off in the desert. Needless to say, a real adventure for the city people incapable of the slightest adaptation that they are. But half-way through the drive, G.J.'s ex-girlfriend Morgan calls him for help as she's stranded in the middle of nowhere, which happens to be precisely on their way to the  desert. Morgan spends the next three days with them, which doesn't help Camille's hidden agenda… Between giggles, dance-offs, baby fox hunting and metaphysical angst, Camille and G.J. have to reevaluate their expectations and their common future.
