Synopsis
Los Angeles, 2014. Duke, a corrupt cop and music lover, deals marijuana and terrifies passersby. His colleagues at the precinct: a sexual maniac, a top blackmailer, a treasure hunter with a dubious past, and a one-eyed, deformed guy who dreams of being a star on the techno scene.
Their system of shady deals and enforcement goes awry when Duke's latest victim, a neighbor left dead in the trunk of his car, wakes up.
