Synopsis
It is the summer. Charlotte and Marc, thirteen and seventeen years old, spend their holidays in a campsite at Contis beach with their parents, Olivier and Florence. 9:30 am, at this moment so particular that we call it the blue hour, they meet to disscuss their interpretation of the love.
