About
This installation of seven, 5-minute films conceived in 2004 for the Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain was complemented by the presentation of two short films, New York, NY (10 mins), Ian Palach (12 mins), and a 4-minute extract of Raymond Depardon's feature film Paris. In 2006, the MOT (Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo) exhibited the Fondation Cartier's collection. On this occasion, the 7x3 installation was shown in a new version, which included the seven cities filmed by Depardon, with New York added to the collection.
