Synopsis
Mixing images of institutional American movies shot between the years ten and seventy with extracts of manual workers in management from the beginning of the XXth century, The Human Factor aims to show the genesis of the taylorisme and the main effects of its distribution within the industrialized societies. It is also a love story.
