Synopsis
In Saint-Denis, in the center for leisure activities of the district Stade de France, the time of the carnival comes with the summer. The day before the D-day,at thes Koné's home, Oumou and Bakary bickers as usual, whereas their father acquaints with an important letter from the prefecture. On the morning of the party, on the other side of the ring road(, Benjamin, presenter, is very late to help in the preparations and hides his lack of enthusiasm under his hangover. Near the stadium, the safety device is set up for the evening concert.
