For this movie, Do not ring, I wanted to see what would re-filmed images look like using a GP3, the important images of my film-going debuts, in the years 1960-1980, those of Antonioni, Truffaut and the others, satisfied that they do not lose their strength in spite of the low resolution, or the dirty side of the image. I mixed them with other images, from Paris, which I had also shot with my mobile. The images are re-mixed, re-edited and the sound is recreated and, at the end of this long phone film, something occurs: a little nostalgia, a bit of incommunicability and a wisp of solitude.
