Synopsis
Nine years have passed since we left the characters of The Last Kiss. Carlo and his friends are all at various crucial moments of their lives.
Now in their forties, more calm and philosophical, they've left behind them the giddy single years and casual relationships, late nights, hangovers, and impossible dreams. There are children to take to school, break-ups to manage, careers to focus on, lifestyles to assume, pills to take for a variety of pains, and routines to follow. The passion that guided their love lives and careers has disappeared, leaving them a little lost and wondering what could happen next. Is this it for the next 20 or 30 years? Is it already too late? Is "life" over?
