Synopsis
Marisol, elegant Guatemalan, is married to François, provincial middle-class person. Her life seems perfect, but she considers herself incapable to be loved by her baby and convinces her husband to bring a nanny from Guatemala. The arrival of Icara upsets her existence. Jealous, Marisol fixes her obsession on a physical detail of Icara, her enormous Guatemalan nose. The plastic surgery operation which Icara is going to be victim of will also be the beginning of the social and personal destruction of Marisol.
