Synopsis
When he was eight years old, Nathan entered the luminous tunnel of "imminent death" during his attempt to save a little girl. After being declared dead, Nathan inexplicably regained consciousness.
Twenty years later, Nathan has become a brilliant New York lawyer. Deeply affected by the painful circumstances of his divorce, he's taken refuge in his work, far from his ex-wife Claire and their daughter. It is then that a mysterious doctor, Dr. Kay, makes an appearance on the scene, claiming to be able to tell at what moment certain people will die. Because of the upheaval Kay creates in Nathan's existence, he at last understands why he came back to life all those years ago.
