Synopsis
This is the story of Adele, gifted cellist, a girl on the verge of womanhood. Under the stress of attempting the most important musical contests in Europe, she must suddenly choose between her need for her demanding father's love and her growing love for Thomas, her accompanist. Only when she has faced the cruelty of life can she decide for herself what - if anything- her art means to her.
