Synopsis
Elisa, 8, lives on an island off the Vendée coast. Her parents’ frequent arguments and her mother’s rejection often drive her to seek refuge with her maternal grandmother. Saddened by Elisa’s fate, her grandmother decides to break the silence and visit her daughter. On the way, she suddenly recalls the past and relives the drama that drove them apart. She realizes that her daughter’s behavior with Elisa is identical to her own some years earlier.

Tender Age, by Julien Gaspar-Oliveri
Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets. A loudmouth, provocative, and seeking attention, Diane tries to stand apart from her mother and wishes, during a weekend, to live like an adult.
