Synopsis
Nicolas and Thierry, 19, aprrentice cooks, are about to start their national service. before they leave, they go to see Nicolas's grandparents who have retired to Blériot. Warmth, tenderness and complicity unite the two lads and the old couple. Hours and days pass in laughter, small worries and arguments before the big departure. But nothing is ever that simple.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets.
