Biography
Agathe Mauruc has over 13 years of experience in international film sales. After earning a Master's degree in Political Science, she began her career in 2012 at Celluloid Dreams, where she handled the distribution of major films such as Rust & Bone by Jacques Audiard (Cannes 2012) and Frances Ha by Noah Baumbach (TIFF 2012). In 2013, she joined Pyramide, where she is currently the Director of International Sales. The company, which distributes about fifteen films a year, is known for its commitment to supporting both emerging talents and established directors.
Over the years, Agathe Mauruc has been involved in the sales of numerous debut and second feature films, including Wild Diamond by Agathe Riedinger (selected for Cannes 2024, Official Competition) and Holy Cow by Louise Courvoisier (selected for Un Certain Regard at Cannes 2024).
