Biography
Yasmine Belmadi began his acting career in 1997 in the role of a young homosexual in the mid-length film "Open Bodies" by Sebastien Lifshitz. A few years later, he worked with the same director in a love triangle entitled "Wild Side" (2004). An actor often seen in auteur films, Yasmine Belmadi appeared in "Criminal Lovers" by François Ozon, "Only Girls" by Pierre Jolivet and in the comedy "Beur blanc rouge" (2006) by Mahmoud Zemmouri.
He played a guy who had served prison time in the feature film "Goodbye Gary", which won the Critics' Week Grand Prix during Cannes 2009. The young actor also appears in the TV series "Pigalle, la nuit" on the Canal Plus subscription channel.
