Synopsis
January 4th 2004, Haiti. Bicentennial celebration of the Independence. For several months, students and workers demonstrate against the president Aristide's dictatorship.
Everything opposes Lucien, student in philosophy who acts actively for the success of theses fights for freedom, to his young brother Little Joe, hired to repress these demonstrations at any price.
