Synopsis
In streets once considered safe and calm, a serial killer now roams, looking for new victims.
Frank is the timid owner of a shop model store. His life takes a new turn when Anna, a young artist, asks him for help with her new exhibition. While their ties grow stronger, Frank begins to develop a genuine obsession for the young woman. To the point where he gives free reign to an impulse repressed for much too long, an impulse that drives him to hunt to kill.
