Synopsis
Jojo Poacher and his wife can no longer stand each other. While watching television one day, Jojo sees the famous defense lawyer Maurice Jacquard celebrate his twenty-fifth acquittal. Jojo is very impressed. Unable to put up with his marriage any longer, he goes to see Jacquard and announces that he kiled his wife (which is not yet true) - Jojo's skillful questions trick Jacquard into explaining what kind of extenuating circumstances may lead to acquittal in murder case.
Jojo returns home, follows the lawyer's advice to the letter, and kills his wife. Brilliantly defended by the lawyer and by his own testimony, Jojo Poacher gets off with a light prison sentence.
