Three French films will compete at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards to be held Sunday, February 10, at London's Royal Opera House.
Love by Michael Haneke was nominated in four categories: Best Film Not in the English Language, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay for Michael Haneke, and Best Leading Actress for Emmanuelle Riva.
Rust & Bone also stands out, with two nominations: Best Film Not in the English Language and Best Leading Actress for Marion Cotillard. The Intouchables by Eric Toledano and Olivier Nakache was nominated in the Best Film Not in the English Language category.
