In a festival lasting just under four weeks, 25 French feature films will be presented in preview screenings in six Portuguese cities, offering audiences the chance to discover the latest offerings from this year’s French film industry, in all its diversity and creativity. The event will be held in one theater in the cities of Almada, Evora, Coimbra, Faro, and Porto, and in two theaters in Lisbon (the Sao Jorge Cinema and the Cinematheque).
La Festa will also showcase a series of crime/detective films, along with an exceptional event entitled "Cinemusica," featuring two concerts and four films on the subject of French "Variété".
A host of French actors and directors will be on hand at the event, including Christophe Honoré and Louis Garrel for Love Songs, Zina Modiano for Private Life, Laure Marsac for Le quatrième morceau de la femme coupée en trois, and Rodolphe Marconi for Lagerfeld Confidential.
