To coincide with the 55th Cannes Festival, Unifrance is launching a new version of its web site today.
With improved readability throughout, simplified navigation, modified graphics, it will be a completely reworked interface offering you an even more reliable service and an even richer database of information.
More and more people come to visit our vast database each day: to keep up to date with French cinema news, to consult information about all French films since 1990, artists, major events, companies, foreign markets, film distribution and broadcast around the world... And we would like to express our thanks. This is why Unifrance is now launching a new version of its web site, to better satisfy your needs.
All the information that you require (available in French, English and Spanish) will soon be accessible in an entirely modified version, more straightforward and user-friendly. Day after day, the entire Unifrance team works to supplement and fine-tune the data on our site. Once complete, the new unifrance.org will offer you a comprehensive multi-lingual database, the fruit of 50 years of the association's work.
From May 15, you will also be able to experience all the latest news about the association and French cinema at the Cannes Festival, live on www.unifrance.org. You can consult photos, news and, of course, find out everything you need to know about the selections, the events, the organization of the festival and practical information.
The improvements planned for our site will continue until early September, 2002. In the meantime, feel free to come and have a sneak preview of the fresh new look for French cinema's largest database! Don't hesitate to visit the modified site and let us know your reactions. All your suggestions are welcome!
We hope you all enjoy the Cannes Festival!
