Unifrance will welcome its members and industry professionals from around the globe (with their Club access badges) at its stand located this year at the entrance to the Village International - Pantiero, in a new space spread over two levels.
Unifrance will be hosting a number of workshops and forums in this new space aimed at distributors from all continents, with the following countries represented: Italy, Germany, China, Quebec, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Spain, Poland, Turkey, North Africa, and the Near and Middle East. As an extension of these events, French and foreign artists, distributors and producers will have the opportunity to get together during lunches organized by Unifrance.
Club Unifrance is a place of work and conviviality, where all those committed to expanding the exposure of French films beyond national borders can come together. A new innovation for 2005: each evening until May 19, Club Unifrance will invite visitors to join French film exporters in sampling the "Flavors of the World" between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., accompanied by fine wines from Bordeaux (such as La Lagune, Labégorce and Angelus, among others).
