The 9th Yokohama French Film Festival and the first ever Seoul French Film Festival are approaching.
From June 20 through 24, 2001, Unifrance and the French Embassy in Japan will be staging the 9th Yokohama French Film Festival. The festival's selection has been put together by the Japanese journalist Yukiko Imazumi-Martin. It comprises 18 feature films and a program of short films.

Unifrance is also preparing the 1st Seoul French Film Festival, with the support of the French Embassy in South Korea, to be held from June 25 through 29, 2001. At this festival, 12 feature films will be presented along with a screening of 6 short films.
