Adapted from a cult manga about wine, the series Drops of God was honored Monday at the International Emmy® Awards in New York, where it received the prestigious award for Best Drama, in the presence, among others, of actress Fleur Geffrier.
The Franco-Japanese series Drops of God, produced by Legendary Entertainment, Les Productions Dynamic, 22h22, France Télévisions, and Hulu is an eight-episode drama created by Quoc Dang Tran and directed by Oded Ruskin. The thriller is set in the world of oenology, adapted from the mangas by Tadashi Agi and Shu Okimoto (which have sold over 15 million copies worldwide). The series was broadcast with great success on Apple TV+ in 2023, then on France Télévisions in 2024. Season 2 is currently in preparation.
