170 IMAX screens in CGV theaters in China, South Korea, and Vietnam
CGV and IMAX have announced an agreement for the construction of 40 new IMAX theaters within the Korean cinema chain in the Chinese market, in addition to the 130 previously announced for the South Korean and Vietnamese markets.
1,514 IMAX screens are currently in operation. CGV manages 530 cinemas in 7 countries,126 of which are in China, where it is present in 64 cities.
