The recent 2018 edition of the festival, whose patron was Nathalie Baye, marked the return of the French Film Festival in Yokohama to the city of Yokohama, where the event was first created in 1993.
The delegation attending the event included François Ozon, Albert Dupontel, Anne Fontaine, Olivier Nakache, Éric Toledano, Julie Gayet, Hubert Charuel, Coralie Fargeat, Swann Arlaud, Mélanie Thierry, Xavier Legrand, and Finnegan Oldfield.
