UniFrance Films is 65 years old! A perfect opportunity to meet with prominent movie personalities from around the world and ask them what they love about French cinema, presented in a short film.
65 years of passionate enthusiasm and commitment to French cinema: that certainly calls for celebration! In keeping with our mission to promote French films beyond our borders, we decided to go out and meet with some of the big names in contemporary world cinema and ask them one simple question: What does French cinema mean to you? Then it was over to them to offer us their 65 answers, or, rather, their 65 Reasons to Love French Cinema.
Including Spike Lee, Martin Scorsese, Golshifteh Farahani, Julianne Moore, Nicolas Winding Refn, Tsai Ming-Liang, Volker Schlöndorff, Bradley Cooper, and many others, these leading lights of the movie world all have at least one good reason to love French films.
