Synopsis
Mamady Keita is one of the greatest djembé player in Guinea, and the djembé is the "king" of Mandinka instruments. He first attracted notice as a soloist in the National Ballets and since then has had an international career and now lives in Brussels. Today, he's decided to return to Guinea to see his village and revisit traditions he left 26 years ago...
