Synopsis
Emma is nearing forty and leads a quiet life divided between her job, her teenage son and a charitable role as a public writer, which sees her penning love letters on behalf of other people. She’s a single mother and she limits herself to an affair with a married man, but an unexpected encounter soon turns her life on its head. Confronted with the passing of time and the many sacrifices she’s made, Emma realises that it’s time to write her own love story, for the first time in her life…
