The Wild Between Us
Synopsis
Liam and Ava live in the great outdoors, far from everything, with their son Aru.
One morning, when Liam returns from the mountain forests where he has been hunting, he discovers the tracks of a bear. Nearby lies the lifeless body of his wife. In their house, he finds his son Aru, alive. As his world collapses around him, Liam is left with only one certainty: this wild land is no place for a child. Determined to entrust his son to someone trustworthy, he sets out on a long journey on horseback with Aru. But in these depths, no one knows what may happen—least of all a man mad with grief accompanied by a terrified child... In the heart of a wilderness that is by turns sublime and menacing, Liam and Aru’s journey explores the meaning of fatherly instinct and the price of possible rebirth.
