Synopsis
Shepherds, dogs, and a flock of two thousand ewes in the grandiose mountain landscapes of the Pyrenees. In Pursuit of the Absolute evokes the solitude, marginality and passion of these men, in a poetic narrative that resonates with the art of dance. The same quest for elevation and transcendence unites the dancer and the shepherd. A quest for freedom, truth, and the absolute.
