Synopsis
In northern France, where cockfighting is still allowed, eighteen-year-old Anaïs is faced with a mountain of debt following the death of her father, a former breeder of fighter birds. Forced to find money quickly, the young girl has no choice but to immerse herself in the world of cockfighting rings and get her father's last rooster, Balthazar, to fight.
