Synopsis
In the USA, hundreds of thousands of people live on the road. Victims of a consumerist society with unattainable dreams. Or simply wishing to shed a heavy past. Laurie, Kristy and Linda live alone on these American roads, each in their own way fleeing a part of their history that has shattered them. In the form of a road movie, we follow these three sixty-somethings and their journey of encounters, hopes and well-adjusted routines. The aim is to reveal different facets of contemporary American nomadism. But above all, the resilience of each of these reckless women, enabling them to rediscover a certain serenity as the miles go by.
