Synopsis
In his garden in Giverny in 1916, Claude Monet lost his inspiration and was hired by his friend Georges Clemenceau to delivereight large decorative panels (Water Lilies). A young gardener shows him the sketchbooks of his brother who has gone to thefront. The horror of what he discovers, the perfect antithesis of his work, will be the starting point of his reunion with inspiration.
