Synopsis
Years ago, an orphan, Catherine Maguet, had been taken in by Suzanne de Norvaisis, a chatelaine not much older then she. Her husband, Edmond de Norvaisis, who has fallen in love with another woman during a cruise in Greece, poisons Suzanne. Quickly released, he marries his mistress. But Catherine Maguet lies in wait; she avenges her benefactor by stabbing the newcomer.
