Synopsis
The great conductor and composer show us how to appreciate and understand the evolution of classical music from the late 19th century and early 20th century. An evolution which led to the serial music of today. He explains the rules and methods of the latter, a new form of communication, and talks about the main influences on his own musical compositions: Paul Klee and Stéphane Mallarmé.
