Synopsis
Drama of a death at a seaside town caused by an argument between a layabout an an industrialist. His two friends make good however, and he is arrested. Weak son of lace factory owner gets involved with semi-wanton girl and a teddy-boy type, responsible for the factory owner's death. Reform leaves the girl paired off with the factory manager and justice overtaking the teddy boy.
