Synopsis
In an imaginary country of the Soviet bloc (Ourasia) and at the height of the Cold War, the trial of Nicolaï Baïlakov, indicted for terrorist attacks and espionage, is the scene of a confrontation between an expeditious justice system and secret services ready to do anything to uncover an espionage network.
