Synopsis
Souleymane is a young inhabitant of a town in the Middle East where the most literal form of sharia law has been established. All women are forced to wear a burka in public. Souleymane has just got married and he and his wife are filled with joy despite the repressive regime. The two lovebirds decide to go out to do shopping. While they are out, Souleymane has an altercation with a massive and sinister-looking man, who is also accompanied by his burka.

Tender Age, by Julien Gaspar-Oliveri
Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets. A loudmouth, provocative, and seeking attention, Diane tries to stand apart from her mother and wishes, during a weekend, to live like an adult.
