Synopsis
Each year at the University of Saint-Denis the "Eloquentia" competition for the "Best Orator of 93" ("93" being the area code of greater Paris where Saint-Denis is located) takes place. The students of this university studying any course decide to participate and prepare with help from professionals (lawyers, slammers, directors of theatrical productions), who teach them the difficult exercise of speaking in public. Over the weeks, they learn the subtle inner workings of rhetoric and learn to assert themselves, reveal themselves to others, and most particularly to themselves.
Equipped with these arms, Leïla, Elhadj, Eddy, and the others confront each other and try to win this competition to be "the Best Orator of 93."
