Synopsis
Once again fleeing Lebanon in July 2006, filmmaker Philippe Aractingi realizes that, like him, for five generations, his ancestors have been fleeing from war and massacres. In a fresco where photographs, archives, and playful re-enactments, in which his children play a part, are combined in a light-hearted way, Aractingi recounts the tale of his family's adventures and wanderings throughout the Levant. It is a film about exile, memory, and transmission, full of emotion and honesty.
