Synopsis
Irene lives alone in a house beside the sea not far from Rome. Her father and her lover think she's a student. In reality, using the code name Honey, she works for an underground group and helps people suffering from a terminal illness to die with dignity, by administering them with a powerful barbiturate. One day, she procures one such mortal dose for a new "client," Mr. Grimaldi.
However, she discovers that he is in perfect health and wants to kill himself because he's lost his taste for life. Determined nto to be responsible for this suicide, she does everything she can to stop it from happening.
