Synopsis
Two burglars use the innocent Sophie, a cashier in a Pigalle bar, as a decoy in a job they’re planning. She has to keep Roland Devere, a young provincial lawyer, away from his office. Devère takes the five million francs out of his safe. But Sylvie falls in love with Roland and asks him to return the money, which doesn’t belong to him. Roland, inspired by Sophie, does so. The hoods’ plans are thwarted and Sylvie and Roland look forward to a brighter future.
