Synopsis
Paris, student rebellions. Hooded young people plunder and kill a tobacconist. In its escape, a minor finds himself at an old lady's house and falls on a chest of drawers Napoleon III. She knocks out him. When he awakes, the young man is attached. He has only three hours to repair the piece of furniture because, at midnight, the old lady decided to end her life. And she does not wish to leave a piece of furniture broken in inheritance to her only daughter.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets.
