Synopsis
Bernard owns a little neighborhood bar. His dog Elvis is the only creature that manages to receive a bit of attention and affection from him. Bernard's days are paced by the drone of news flashes on the bar's television. The conversations of his clients are his only glimpse into the lives of his contemporaries. However, today an event will perhaps bring Bernard back among the living.
