Synopsis
During open-heart surgery, Amos Kein finds himself hovering between life and death. He recalls the significant events of his life. These events correspond to the most important moments of Israeli history. His spiritual journey is a reflection on moral corruption, militarism and indoctrination.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
