Synopsis
In a colorful, vibrant neighborhood, clothing is where it’s at. Madou, Jess, and other young people organize fashion show competitions. If you’re the lucky winner, you can make it bigtime. The good-natured atmosphere will undergo a sharp change when the men in blue arrive with their batons. Zeph, their chief, wants to impose his theory at any cost: Blue is the only true color for a garment worth wearing.
