Synopsis
Burkino Faso, Africa, October 15, 1987. Shots from an automatic weapon ring out in the night. President Thomas Sankara has just been assassinated. The killers were sent by his soul brother, Blaise Compaoré. It was with him that Sankara had launched the Marxist revolution in Burkino a few years earlier. The reasons behind Camaoré’s actions: Sankara had lost all sense of reality and was leading the revolution toward chaos. Things needed to be rectified. But what was truly behind this rectification: the French forces, the colonialist powers of the neighboring countries that covet Burkina’s resources? In the hope of finding evidence, we undertook an investigation into the years preceding Thomas Sankara’s murder.
